A Hoebridge veteran of 14 years and still going strong! I have always enjoyed training members in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere unique to Hoebridge, which I would like to believe is well suited to my coaching style, although my clients may disagree! The opportunity to train members of all ages and training experience with wide ranging fitness goals is also suited to my broad range of fitness interest’s and skills. I’m particularly interested in sports specific training and have been fortunate enough to work in a number of high performance programmes across different sports.

With over 8 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and a passion for endurance sports, I will bring a variety of training methods to your sessions. As a British Triathlon Level 2 Coach I work closely with Triathletes covering all distances and also specialise in Golf Strength & Conditioning to help golfers of all abilities improve their game. Whether you’re training for something sports specific or general fitness I can help you achieve your goals. I have enjoyed racing around the world for Team GB for my age-group in triathlon from sprint distance to half Ironman.

I aim to make clients feel comfortable so that I can use my expertise to help them to achieve their fitness goals. I have 21 years’ experience in the fitness industry, built upon a strong foundation of recognised fitness qualifications. I have trained people of all ages and abilities, tailoring programs to suit varying goals, ranging from weight loss, body sculpting, muscle building and injury recovery, to simply attaining better health and fitness levels. I am dedicated to helping you to achieve your short and long term goals.

My passion for health and fitness is what led me to pursue a career in personal training. Having once weighed over 300lbs, I feel I can relate to those wishing to reduce body fat, tone up and generally live a healthier lifestyle.  A keen runner, cyclist and weightlifter, I am always looking for a new challenge. Exercise should be fun, challenging and rewarding. With my professional knowledge, I can help you to understand what exercises will work best for you to achieve your goals. Physical health and wellbeing has been a huge part of my life that I am always striving to keep at the forefront. It is because of this that I chose to make my passion into a career. Exercise and keeping fit has given me a great foundation to conquer challenges, find time to relieve stress and ultimately become the best version of myself and I now am making it my mission to help those around me achieve the same thing.

Exercise became an exceptionally big part of my life through lockdown and I’m sure the same as many others, it was the part of the day I looked forward to the most. For many people exercise can be seen as a chore. Sometimes it only takes a conversation to turn this chore into a hobby, so please come and find me if you want to have this chat and kickstart your fitness journey.

My sports coaching history is built on teaching gymnastics and parkour, so flexibility, core strength and functional training are my strong points. I also take great pride in helping people increase their muscle mass, manage their weight and make exercise part of their weekly routine.

After contracting encephalitis and being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at an early age, I have always had a passion for health and fitness and enjoy passing on my extensive knowledge to others in need from all ranges of life. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 2 decades dealing with a wide range of cliental of all different ages and abilities including a broad range of medical conditions and professional athletes.

I thrive on a challenge and will always give my clients all my attention during the session and will be on hand if needed outside of these sessions. As a fitness professional I work on results and look at improving all clients way of life no matter what it takes.
