A Hoebridge veteran of 14 years and still going strong! I have always enjoyed training members in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere unique to Hoebridge, which I would like to believe is well suited to my coaching style, although my clients may disagree! The opportunity to train members of all ages and training experience with wide ranging fitness goals is also suited to my broad range of fitness interest’s and skills. I’m particularly interested in sports specific training and have been fortunate enough to work in a number of high performance programmes across different sports.

With over six years in the health and fitness industry I understand that we all have different fitness goals, abilities and desires. Whether you’re looking to train for a particular event, get stronger after an operation or simply to keep your body moving we can find a way to do it. I have a healthy interest in nutrition and can guide you to the right foods to compliment your fitness goals. As a Team GB Age-Group Triathlete I specialise in endurance sports and am a fully qualified Level 2 Triathlon Coach. Personal Training sessions with me will both challenge and motivate you. Your sessions will have variety whilst keeping in line with your fitness goals.

I am a bubbly, friendly character with a passion for sport and keen interest in helping others, in both small and transformational ways. Having recently completed a degree in Sport Studies at the University of Winchester, I was keen to transfer my skills into the fitness industry. I work with clients to help them achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health and wellness, whilst creating a training environment that not only motivates but empowers them to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding manner!

As a Sports Science graduate from Loughborough University, my passion for the fitness industry has been a lifelong obsession. Prior to injuries, I played competitively as a footballer, after which my focus shifted to the weights room. Having had to overcome many injuries myself, I understand the importance of correct movement in injury and rehabilitation. I am familiar with the demands of changing body shape, after the experience of improving my own physique. I find it extremely rewarding to see my clients achieving their goals, improve their quality of life, and work to overcome injuries. My academic and practical experience will ensure that your sessions are both efficient and enjoyable.
