I have always enjoyed training members in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere unique to Hoebridge, which I would like to believe is well suited to my coaching style, although my clients may disagree! The opportunity to train members of all ages and training experience with wide ranging fitness goals is also suited to my broad range of fitness interest’s and skills. I’m particularly interested in sports specific training and have been fortunate enough to work in a number of high performance programmes across different sports.

With over 8 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and a passion for endurance sports, I will bring a variety of training methods to your sessions. As a British Triathlon Level 2 Coach I work closely with Triathletes covering all distances and also specialise in Golf Strength & Conditioning to help golfers of all abilities improve their game. Whether you’re training for something sports specific or general fitness I can help you achieve your goals. I have enjoyed racing around the world for Team GB for my age-group in triathlon from sprint distance to half Ironman.

My passion for health and fitness is what led me to pursue a career in personal training. Having once weighed over 300lbs, I feel I can relate to those wishing to reduce body fat, tone up and generally live a healthier lifestyle.  A keen runner, cyclist and weightlifter, I am always looking for a new challenge. Exercise should be fun, challenging and rewarding. With my professional knowledge, I can help you to understand what exercises will work best for you to achieve your goals. You will gain the confidence you need to enjoy exercise, making it sustainable. I believe good nutrition is key to success and take pride in advocating a plant-based diet.
